FIIs Reduced Investment In Real Estate

BSE reports shows that Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced their investment in real estate companies, mainly Parsvnath Developers and Unitech by 0.8 and 2 % correspondingly, year-on-year.

Lehman Bros Arm To Buy 50% In Unitech Project

Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners has agreed to invest approximately US$175 million to acquire a 50% stake in the initial phase of a master-planned project on the Western Expressway of Mumbai.
