RBI may relax norms for loans

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is likely to relax the provisioning norms against loans given to real estate and other sectors. In a meeting with FM P Chidambaram on Tuesday, PSU banks have asked for relaxation of the provisioning norms, without compromising on the quality of credit to utilize their capital more aggressively.

German Bank Invests Rs 607 Crore In Trikona Projects

German investment bank SachsenFonds (SF) has bought stake in four realty projects of London Stock Exchange listed, India-focussed realty fund Trikona Trinity Capital for Rs 607 crore ($150 million). Trikona has made returns of 115% in the transaction.

Bank of Baroda Signs MOU With Dubai Properties
