‘Your Gateway to India 2010‘ is the title of the realty expo organized for the first time by Times of India in USA. This expo is organized to give exposure to NRI Indians about the booming India’s economy of $1.2 trillion.
This Expo is scheduled on 1st and 2nd of May, 2010 in Santa Clara and in Edison, New Jersey on the 8th and 9th of the month since these two major NRI Indian hubs in USA. Residential projects will be shown by around 20 leading developers across the country. This list of developers include DB Realty, Paranjpe Constructions, Pune, Mantri Developers, Bangalore, Jaypee Group, Delhi, Hiranandani Group, Godrej Properties, Mumbai, Reddy Constructions, Vijay Shanti, Chennai, and Confident Group.
On the organization of this expo, the Director, TOI, Sujoy Ghosh said that real estate will prove beneficial for the NRI Indians as far as investment in realty is concerned since it is one of the best long term investments. TOI has put together the best of the developers to brandish their projects to Indian Americans. This expo will be benevolent for the NRIs and will assist them in making right move in right real estate investment decision is the expectation.
