MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013 Attracted Huge Crowds

The four day MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013 received good response from the prospective buyers. Huge crowds are reported to have visited the property expo.

MUMBAI: MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013 was conducted at MMRDA grounds at BKC. The property expo which began on April 11, ended yesterday. The property expo attracted huge crowds, over 50000 visitors.

The property expo which was held in Bandra Kurla Complex area signaled the end of sluggish market. The developers witnessed a good response from the buyers.

The property expo exhibited over 15,000 properties. Both residential and commercial properties were exhibited. While properties from Navi Mumbai, Pune and Thane remained the center attractions, properties from other Mumbai Metropolitan Regions (MMR) too attracted the takers.

The people who queried about Dombivli and Andheri properties were also not less. Developers like Gundecha and Hubtown have upcoming projects in these areas. Lodha group, another prominent developer too is present here through its project.

Besides the end-users, investors too visited MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013. Panvel and Thane remained the hot picks of the investors.

While most of the exhibited properties were offered with discounts and with lower rates, the property prices for some remained constant and without any change. Developers could attract a handful of buyers through discounts.

Properties falling in all ranges and types were offered in the property expo.  Acme Group, Ajmera Developers, Kalpatar, Mantri Group, Neptune Developers, etc. are a few top names who were present in the MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013.

Acme Group’s Kandivli project – Acme Oasis was priced Rs.10500 per sq. ft. Their Andheri project at the same time was offered at Rs.16000 per sq. ft.

Neptune Developers’ Bhandup property and Mantri Group’s Goregaon property were priced at Rs.10500 per sq. ft. On the other hand, the prices of Ajmera Group’s Wadala project Ajmera Aeon, remained unchanged.
