They can move one step ahead, and waive off the parking charge for the residents who drive electric car, and balance this subsidy from tenants who own diesel car. This would evolve the mind set of Mumbaikar’s and he would be role-model to rest of the city builders and consultants. Lets make Mumbai Green!

Consumes hardly 8-10 units of current for one charge. and can give 80 kms per charge. This will be ideal for these projects, and ensures freshnes of the environmennt is maintained along with the comfort of using a car.
